Do I need an audit before a retainer? +
Yes. Every Lyra engagement starts with diagnosis. The audit is 2k. If there is no clear time or money leak, we do not start the engagement.
Do you work with companies in Mexico? +
Yes. We operate across the US and Mexico with full support for MXN payments via Conekta (OXXO, SPEI, Mexican cards) and Clip. Contracts can be denominated in USD or MXN. Our team is bilingual and Houston-based — close to the border and the market.
What if we don't see ROI in the first month of the retainer? +
Embedded support is a 6-month contract. After 30 days we review measurable progress and adjust the roadmap or scope.
How does Lyra Backbone pricing work? +
Lyra Backbone is currently invite-only. Pricing is structured per industry module and scales with deal volume. Contact us directly to discuss access. Every Backbone deployment is preceded by a consulting engagement — the platform requires the audit foundation.
Is there a discovery call before the audit? +
Yes — a 30-minute intake call comes first. This isn't a sales pitch. We ask the questions your current vendors never asked. If it's clear there's nothing worth auditing, we'll tell you directly and not take your money.
